I am a member of the ambulance company, and I received a check from the insurance company made out to me/spouse.  Do I have to pay this to you?

Yes.  As a member, you are responsible for sending us the insurance payment and a copy of the explanation of benefits received from the insurance company.  If there is a remaining balance the membership will be applied and processed according to the terms of the membership program.  We recommend you contact our billing office for the most up to date information regarding any balance owed.
