I do not have any insurance.  What are my payment options?

You have several options for paying your invoice.  First, you may click here to submit a credit card payment or schedule a bank account transfer through our secure website.  If you are unable to pay your balance in full, please use our payment calculator to set up a payment schedule for monthly automatic bank account transfers.  You may choose how many months you would like to extend your payments and which day of the month you would like the payments to be made.  Payment schedules are set up interest-free, so there is no additional cost to you.

Your second option is to mail your payment in full following the instructions on the invoice.  Please include the tear-off portion of the invoice so that your account may be properly credited.

Finally, you may choose to call our toll-free number to provide payment information to one of our friendly representatives over the phone.  Our office hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
